Throwing away five years as a Jr. Consultant for Arthur D. Little, the world's oldest management and technology consulting firm.
In 1995, Upstyle became the ar lena richardson agency. Former Houston Oiler Bubba Mcdowell, and Vice-President of Copeland's of New Orleans, Houston signed first. Mr. McDowell still serves as an agency spokesperson.

Lillian Miller, noted as the Oilers' First Fan attended and accepted the first two tickets printed by the new franchise, becoming the Outlaws First Fan, along with the Houston Gamblers.
Ar Lena's media relations efforts have produced weekly game results published in the Houston Chronicle, live game broadcasts on KCOH Radio 1430, and VIP attendance at the games, including ESPN and the NFL.
